This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) ready to work within a collaborative and nurturing school environment. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow eager to launch your school-based career, you'll have a direct impact on students' academic achievement and communication success.
What You'll Bring:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid or eligible California SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellows are welcome—mentorship opportunities available Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities Previous school-based experience helpful but not required
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to school-aged children Complete comprehensive evaluations and assessments Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers Maintain detailed and up-to-date progress notes and documentation Address a broad range of communication disorders within the school setting
