Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Hold valid SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA licensure. Experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Partner with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate records and adhere to documentation guidelines. Provide therapy in both individual and group settings as needed.
