Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Colorado Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students with speech and language disorders Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student success Develop, document, and update individualized treatment plans and goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and comply with district policies
