About Us TheraPeds of Colorado is a therapist-owned and operated company dedicated to providing skilled contract therapists opportunities within our trusted school districts nationwide. As therapists ourselves, we understand the intricacies of the special education system and are committed to fostering a collaborative approach with school districts to make a positive impact on the lives of students with special needs. Job Description and Responsibilities This is for a full-time and part-time onsite or hybrid roles as Speech and Language Pathologists serving smaller and charter schools located in S trasburg, CO providing therapeutic services to students with communication disorders. The role also includes participating in IEP meetings, writing reports, case management duties, supervising SLPAs and monitoring students' progress. 2026-27 School Year Full-time 4-5 days/week Elementary, Middle and P-8 schools
Hybrid:
50-60% onsite, 40-50% remote Strong team and collaborative approach Manageable caseload sizes Dual support from the District and TheraPeds 8 hours/day Competitive Pay Guaranteed Hours Qualifications Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program State Licensure as a
SLP National License:
ASHA Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred CF-SLP placement may be available Experience working with children required Experience in a school setting preferred Organizational and time management skills Proficient in use of technology Fingerprint background clearance Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications Benefits (eligibility dependent on employment status) Competitive compensation package with benefits including health, dental, and vision and 401K.
