Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply Previous experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings Understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students in K12 Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to optimize student outcomes Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district requirements Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and help guide educational interventions This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $40 to $60, paid out weekly.
