60/hour | PRN We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at Civita Care Center at Cheshire.
This flexible position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities. What You'll Do Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication and safe swallowing Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $55
