Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Previous experience in a school setting or with adolescent populations preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborative and adaptable approach to working with multidisciplinary teams What youll do: Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for high school students Develop targeted, individualized therapy plans based on student needs Provide direct therapy, both individually and in small group settings Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of sessions and student progress Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting Youll be valued for your commitment and supported by a friendly, experienced team as you make a positive impact in students lives.
