Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) candidate to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients, with a focus on early intervention and developmental support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for patient care, and a solid understanding of pediatric physiology and anatomy. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in pediatric populations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions focused on improving articulation, language comprehension, and social communication skills Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Monitor progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with clinical standards Support early intervention programs by identifying developmental delays and providing targeted therapy Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy to inform clinical decisions Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy Qualifications Valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Prior experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred; school experience is advantageous Strong understanding of speech therapy techniques, patient assessment methods, and developmental milestones Knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to speech production and swallowing functions Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pediatric healthcare settings Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and engaging early intervention strategies Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with families If you are enthusiastic about supporting children's communication development through specialized speech therapy services, we encourage you to apply today.
