Job Description

What were seeking:
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Completion of a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline Prior experience working with K-12 students (preferred, not required) Understanding of IEP development, assessments, and progress monitoring Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for student success Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs Key responsibilities: Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, support personnel, and families to foster student engagement and progress Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic educational planning This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to a 401(k) plan.
