Required Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidacy Eligible for or currently hold state licensure Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings Proficiency with teletherapy delivery models Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff Ability to plan, implement, and document individualized therapy interventions

What You'll Do:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students from diverse backgrounds Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver therapy sessions in person and/or via teletherapy platforms as appropriate Provide consultative support and guidance to teachers, support staff, and families Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development activities Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing school-based services This position offers a vibrant and collaborative educational environment focused on growth and support.
