Job Description

Make a difference working with early childhood and elementary students as a dedicated speech-language pathologist in a school-based contract opportunity. This rewarding position allows you to work remotely with a single school and a manageable caseload, focusing on providing essential support to young learners as they develop communication skills that will serve them for life. What sets this role apart is its flexibilityenjoy a part-time schedule of 22 hours per week, with the chance to engage students virtually. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
State of Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license (active and in good standing) Background in pediatric and school-based therapy (early childhood and elementary experience preferred) Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Teletherapy or healthcare-based SLP experience strongly valued Excellent communication and documentation abilities Experience supporting diverse learners and working collaboratively in multidisciplinary settings
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat students speech, language, and communication challenges Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain comprehensive records and progress notes Provide therapy virtually in accordance with school and district guidelines Communicate with families, teachers, and other professionals to foster student success
