Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Delaware state license to practice as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY Experience or genuine interest in working in school settings with diverse student populations Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills Openness to travel for the duration of the contract

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized, 1:1 speech and language therapy tailored to individual student needs Develop and implement IEP goals and objectives in collaboration with educators and families Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation Collaborate with other professionals to create supportive learning environments Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required Provide education and support to caregivers to enhance student progress
