Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / Clinical Fellow) Victory Therapy Solutions is looking to partner with a caring and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide pediatric speech and language services. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with children and families and is committed to providing individualized, high-quality care in a positive and supportive environment. We are specifically looking for a therapist who is interested in providing in-person services to children throughout the community, including in schools, daycares, and clients' homes. This position offers the opportunity to work with children in familiar, natural environments while collaborating closely with their families, caregivers, and other professionals. Our therapists work with children with a variety of communication needs, including speech, language, articulation, and fluency challenges. Collaboration with families and other therapy professionals is an important part of our approach. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, ranging from approximately 20-40 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible. This is an independent contractor position.

Responsibilities may include:

Completing speech and language evaluations and preparing plans of care Providing in-person pediatric therapy in schools, daycares, homes, and other community settings Collaborating with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as appropriate Working alongside occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants Communicating with parents and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress Completing required clinical documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Current and active Florida Speech-Language Pathology license or appropriate licensure/status for a Clinical Fellow Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills A genuine interest in helping children develop their communication skills We would be happy to speak with you and share more about the opportunity and our team.
