Required Skills & Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Solid understanding of IEP documentation and special education processes Effective communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptable, positive, and organized approach

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans Deliver engaging evidence-based therapy sessions to students with speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes Complete required assessment reports, progress notes, and documentation in a timely manner Attend IEP meetings and contribute as an expert resource Consult on communication strategies and materials to support inclusion and educational access This contract position offers the flexibility to grow your professional skills in a collaborative school environment, while providing meaningful services to students who need it most.
