Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive patient care and effective therapy strategies. Utilize EMR/EHR systems to document assessments, treatment progress, and patient outcomes accurately and efficiently. Provide early intervention services for pediatric populations to support developmental milestones and improve speech and language skills. Adapt therapy techniques for telehealth delivery when necessary, ensuring continuity of care in virtual environments. Educate patients and families about speech-language disorders, physiology of speech mechanisms, and strategies for ongoing support at home or school. Experience Proven experience working with children in pediatric settings such as schools or early intervention programs. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing speech therapy plans for individuals with diverse disabilities or speech impairments. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech production and swallowing functions. Experience conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations across various age groups. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to speech-language pathology and interdisciplinary collaboration. Prior telehealth therapy experience is preferred; candidates should be comfortable delivering services virtually using modern technology platforms.
