Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Relevant experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations Familiarity with IEP process and documentation standards Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Experience or interest in early childhood and elementary school settings Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt to student needs
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students referred for speech-language services Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct therapy services for students with mild to profound communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
