This role is essential in helping individuals improve their speech, language, and communication skills while supporting families throughout the therapy process. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders (SLP only) Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under SLP supervision (SLPA) Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising SLP Collaborate with healthcare professionals, teachers, and caregivers to coordinate care Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress
Qualifications For SLP:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state license as a
Speech-Language Pathologist For SLPA:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Experience in a clinical, outpatient, pediatric, or educational setting preferred Strong understanding of speech and language disorders and treatment approaches Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Why Join Us Join a supportive and dynamic team where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
