In person (Niceville, FL) Position Overview SHINE Pediatric Therapy Center is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and playful SpeechLanguage Pathologist to join our growing team. This role includes evaluating children, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidencebased interventions to support communication, language, socialemotional development, feeding, and functional participation. You will partner closely with families to support carryover beyond the session and collaborate with OT, PT, and ST colleagues to deliver integrated care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations across speech, language, socialemotional, cognitive, and feeding domains Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, functional goals Implement evidencebased interventions to support communication, expressive/receptive language, articulation, social skills, AAC, feeding, and functional independence Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care Provide family education, home programming, and strategies for carryover Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessment Maintain accurate documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes Contribute to a warm, playful, strengthsbased clinic culture Qualifications Genuine passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive Current Florida SLP licensure (or eligibility); CCCSLP preferred Knowledge of pediatric development and diverse developmental disabilities Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensorybased communication needs Strong communication skills with children, families, and team members Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to strengthsbased, familycentered, culturally responsive practice A fun, playful personality to engage children We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
