Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
Provide evidence-based speech and language interventions to address diverse needs of clients
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and families on strategies for improving communication and swallowing function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and technologies to enhance patient outcomes
Stay informed about advancements in speech-language pathology research and contribute to evidence-based practice
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge Requirements
Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist
Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for speech and language disorders
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to licensure requirements
Pay:
$60.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: North Miami Beach, FL 33160: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
