Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide engaging therapy addressing speech, language, and communication needs. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other therapy disciplines to support client progress. Educate families on therapeutic strategies to encourage carryover at home. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and insurance requirements. Manage an assigned caseload and participate in required team meetings. Complete evaluations, progress reports, and other necessary clinical documentation. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Florida SLP license or eligibility for appropriate Florida licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with the pediatric population. Ability to successfully complete required background screening.
