Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid SLP state license or eligibility for Florida licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings highly preferred Skills in early intervention and working with pre-K children

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for pre-K students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop effective IEP and therapy plans Maintain thorough progress documentation and reports Provide direct therapy sessions and consultation, 3-4 days per week (25 hours weekly) Engage in continued education and professional growth opportunities Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment
