Position Details:

Caseload within Clarke County School District Full Time 1.0 FTE, M-F About the Role Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school setting in Athens, GA. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by administering evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, providing speech and language services, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes. • + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations Support a range of student communication needs across school settings Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success What We're Looking For Active (or eligible) Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license or appropriate PCE provisional license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited college or university Active (or eligible) Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) certification, as required for the school-based assignment Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
