Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist covering a maternity leave now through the end of November. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by addressing the communication needs of primary school students in a contract-based position.
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred Proficiency with healthcare documentation and compliance standards Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is an asset Georgia state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Strong organizational and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to primary school students Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write detailed reports Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely progress records Utilize teletherapy and in-person methods as needed Communicate progress effectively with staff and families This contract offers a consistent, full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, allowing you to provide continuity of care for students during a key transition period.
