Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Experience providing speech and language services in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong knowledge of IEP process and progress monitoring Excellent communication and organizational abilities Compassion and commitment to fostering student growth
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screening, evaluations, and assessments of students speech, voice, language, and fluency needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support Maintain thorough and timely documentation of interventions and student progress Deliver therapy in one-on-one and group settings while adapting strategies to student abilities Participate in meetings to advocate for and report on student speech/language development
