Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Nancy Hart Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about helping residents improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall independence. As part of our collaborative in-house rehabilitation team, you will provide personalized, resident-centered therapy and develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress, improved function, and a higher quality of life. In-house rehabilitation program Competitive compensation and benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate residents, families, caregivers, and clinical staff Collaborate on diagnostic swallowing procedures, including MBSS and FEES Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Communicate changes in resident conditions to the care team Support restorative nursing and interdisciplinary care initiatives Ensure compliance with all professional, legal, and confidentiality standards Qualifications Active Speech-Language Pathology state license in good standing Current ASHA certification License in good standing with all applicable boards and agencies Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while growing your career with a supportive in-house team.
