Job Description

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract assignment, youll work closely with children, educators, and families to empower students through individualized support and creative therapy approaches.
Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFYs welcomed Previous experience working with school-aged children highly desirable Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams Compassionate communication and a commitment to student growth
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine student needs Design and implement individualized therapy plans for students with diverse speech, language, and communication disorders Support students across multiple grade levels in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress, attendance, and IEP requirements Participate in school-wide initiatives and team meetings Enjoy the flexibility and variety that contract work offers in a school-based setting.
