Desired Skills & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences Hold or eligible for current state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads highly preferred Comfortable navigating teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools Strong documentation, reporting, and communication abilities with students, families, and educational staff Patient, flexible, and collaborative approach in multidisciplinary school environments
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide targeted therapy for speech, language, articulation, and communication disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs Conduct engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions, both onsite and remotely Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists Offer strategies and resources to faculty and families to support students' communication goals This is a fantastic chance to expand your professional skills and enjoy the variety of working with both onsite and remote students.
