Sprouts Therapy:
At Sprouts Therapy, we prioritize your time treating children, not managing paperwork. Our robust administrative team handles scheduling, billing, client intake, and cleanup, with support from a full-time Schedule Coordinator, a Billing Specialist, a New Client Coordinator, a Grounds Manager with assistants, and therapy student volunteers. Here's what sets us apart: Full-Time Schedule Coordinators (pre-builds caseload for new hires, fills cancellations when able, communicates directly with clients regarding all schedule needs, manages therapists' schedule requests, contacts families when the therapist is out) Full-Time Insurance Billing Specialist (provides guidance on insurance billing and coding and submits all authorizations and claims to insurance companies) New Client Coordinator (sends families initial intake paperwork and completes setup of services) Grounds Manager/Assistants (cleaning and maintenance) Therapy Student Volunteers!!! (therapy students trained in disinfecting and clean-up procedures and are available to lend an extra hand when needed) Documentation Support We use Prompt, an electronic medical record built for therapy practices, with AI-assisted documentation tools designed specifically for speech, occupational, and physical therapy. These tools help draft and organize notes so documentation can be completed during the workday instead of at night. The treating therapist always reviews, edits, and approves the final note.
