Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services to clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive- communication and feeding/swallowing disorders. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, fluency, voice, cognitive-communication and feeding/swallowing evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs. Provide direct therapy services in a clinic or teletherapy setting. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure optimal client progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports. Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology. Participate in team meetings and case discussions as needed—free coffee involved!
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure. Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations. Bonus for both! Strong interpersonal and communication skills (because talking is kind of our thing). Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
