Key Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working in school-based settings with elementary-age students Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication disorders Ability to work with a caseload of approximately 50 students across two school sites Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities Commitment to working in person and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with their IEPs and educational goals Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress Consult with teachers and staff to integrate supportive strategies into the classroom Collaborate with caregivers and participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insights and updates Maintain thorough documentation and keep records current for all students on the caseload Travel between two elementary schools, ensuring consistent and high-quality services This is a full-time role, with flexible scheduling options between 7 to 8 hours per day for 4-5 days each week, supporting work-life balance while providing the necessary attention to each student.
