Qualifications & Desired Skills:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required) Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain it prior to start Prior experience in a school setting preferred but not mandatory Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Excellent organizational skills and adaptability
Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
