Select Savvy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hybrid school-based opportunity in Country Club Hills, Illinois. This position offers the flexibility to provide a combination of remote and in-person speech-language services while supporting students with a variety of communication needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site in Country Club Hills at least one day per week. The remaining services may be provided remotely based on student, caseload, and school needs. What We Offer Hybrid work arrangement with remote flexibility Weekly pay Free CEUs Professional development stipend Medical, dental, and vision benefits Wellness program Dedicated recruiter and ongoing support throughout your assignment Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license Appropriate Illinois school-based credential/PEL, as required for the assignment Must be available to work in person at least one day per week in Country Club Hills Ability to effectively provide both virtual and in-person speech-language services Knowledge of IEP development and special education processes Strong communication, technology, documentation, and collaboration skills ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred School-based or pediatric experience preferred Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy through a combination of remote and in-person services Maintain a minimum of one on-site workday per week Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized IEP goals Provide individual and small-group therapy services Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, social communication, and other communication needs Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers Support AAC and assistive communication needs when appropriate Maintain accurate service logs, progress reports, evaluations, and other required documentation Ensure remote and in-person services meet applicable educational and professional requirements Preferred Experience Previous school-based SLP experience Experience providing teletherapy or hybrid SLP services Pediatric experience Experience with virtual assessment and therapy platforms Familiarity with AAC and assistive technology Strong ability to manage a caseload across both virtual and in-person settings About Us Select Savvy is a boutique Search and Staffing firm focused on connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities.
