Job Description
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' communication and language development throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract position focuses on delivering impactful speech-language pathology services across early childhood, elementary, and pediatric populations in a school-based setting. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy to students with varying caseloads, from moderate to profound needs. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' progress toward IEP goals, facilitate classroom integration, and assist in the development of communication strategies tailored to each child's unique challenges.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure (or eligibility) Previous experience working with pediatric populations or in school-based settings preferred Strong background in early childhood and elementary-age intervention Understanding of a range of disabilities including moderate to profound speech and language needs Ability to adapt interventions to each student's developmental level Effective communication and teamwork skills As part of this welcoming educational community, you'll have input on caseload assignment based on your strengths and interests, ensuring the right match for both you and the students you serve.
