PRN / As Needed Job Summary This PRN Speech-Language Pathologist position offers flexible scheduling with the option to provide services either in person or through telehealth, based on patient needs, therapist availability, and scheduling. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Provide appropriate speech and language therapy interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and treatment records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to support patient care.
  • Provide compassionate and professional patient-centered care.
  • Follow applicable clinical, safety, and documentation standards. Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the State of Illinois.
  • Must have a Master's degree
  • Proven experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills. Compensation
