In this rewarding contract position, you'll deliver essential support and guidance for students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full academic potential.

What You'll Bring:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, valid licensure (or ability to obtain) as an SLP in Illinois Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially within school environments Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Conduct engaging therapy sessions tailored to meet each student's unique needs Monitor progress and maintain accurate, thorough records of sessions and outcomes Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Educate and advise teachers and parents on strategies for reinforcing progress beyond sessions Remain current on best practices and maintain professional licensure requirements This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to students' growth and development while enjoying the flexibility that contract work provides.
