Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current license or eligibility for licensure in Illinois Prior experience with pediatric populations in school settings, early childhood, or elementary education Thorough understanding of IEP development and implementation Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Flexibility to manage various caseload types based on your expertise and preference

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to K12 students in individual and group settings Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of students with a range of abilities Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
