Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by taking on a contract assignment as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This role empowers you to support students' communication skills in a collaborative, resourceful educational environment. As an SLP with experience in schools, you'll work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to help students thrive both academically and socially.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Prior experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for diverse populations Proficient in documentation, progress monitoring, and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexible, team-oriented mindset with a passion for student growth
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for incoming and current students Develop and implement evidence-based individualized therapy plans Collaborate with educators and families to integrate strategies into classroom environments Document and track therapy progress, adapting interventions as necessary Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and support for student programming Provide resources and training to school staff and caregivers as needed This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise within a supportive contract setting.
