Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP-CCC certification Illinois licensure or eligibility to obtain Previous experience working in a school environment preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) according to each students unique needs Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support students educational outcomes Maintain accurate records in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements Provide both direct and consultative therapy services per school and student schedules
