Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (state requirements must be met prior to the start) CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligibility for CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) welcomed Prior experience in school settings is an advantage, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication abilities and adaptability across K-12 caseloads Passion for supporting students' educational and personal growth
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy to support student speech and language goals Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create inclusive, supportive learning environments Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines Offer direct, in-person support - this role requires on-site presence and does not offer virtual options Participate in school meetings, professional development, and multi-disciplinary team discussions Enjoy a vibrant, student-focused setting where your expertise matters.
