Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure CCC-SLP or actively working toward your CFY (new graduates welcome) Strong commitment to serving K-12 students with varied speech and language needs Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with faculty and families Document services and progress according to district and state requirements Support inclusion within the classroom environment and collaborate with teachers to address language and communication barriers Engage in regular communication with families regarding student goals and progress Attend IEP meetings and participate in professional development as required Embrace a dynamic and meaningful position shaping the communication abilities and educational journey of students across all grade levels.
