Ideal candidates bring a strong foundation in speech-language therapy with the ability to support a diverse student population. Whether you're a seasoned SLP, hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or are working toward completion as a Clinical Fellow (CFY), you'll find this role both engaging and supportive. Qualifications & Desired Experience Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered Previous experience in a school setting a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for fostering communication and language development in students Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy to students in individual or group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams for student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Provide consultations, strategies, and resources to school staff Benefits & Perks Contract flexibility for work-life balance Supportive supervision and mentorship provided Access to professional development resources Opportunities to collaborate with passionate education professionals Additional details about the position, including caseload and specific schedule, are forthcoming.
