Job Description

Whether you are a Clinical Fellow (CFY) eager to learn or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your knowledge and compassion will be highly valued.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certification or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcome Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Prior experience working with children or in a school environment preferred Strong diagnostic, therapy planning, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service staff to ensure comprehensive support for students Create activities and interventions that address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the team's decision-making process Enjoy the rewarding challenge of helping students find their voices as you build productive relationships within a dynamic educational environment.
