What You'll Bring:
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Minimum requirement: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Indiana SLP licensure (or eligibility) Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable Expertise supporting students with diverse communication needs Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, other therapists, and family members Ability to adapt across different grade levels and manage a varied caseload Open to travel SLPs—SLPA candidates are not being considered at this time
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Deliver assessment and intervention services at assigned schools (elementary through middle) in a collaborative setting Craft individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in special education meetings Provide direct therapy to groups and individuals in alignment with student goals Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing progress monitoring Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment, including consultation with staff and family outreach Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
