PRN:

$60/hour Flexible scheduling based on availability Consistent hours available Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide dysphagia assessment and treatment Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing, PT, OT, physicians, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Educate patients, families, and caregivers Participate in care coordination and discharge planning Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Indiana SLP license or ability to obtain CCC-SLP preferred Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills New graduates may be considered Why Join Rehab Strategies? $55
