What You'll Bring:

Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY or CCC accepted) Previous experience in school settings or with K-12 populations is highly desirable Strong diagnostic and assessment skills to conduct comprehensive speech and language testing Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs and document progress efficiently Flexibility and professionalism in managing caseloads and participating in conferences

What You'll Do:

Provide speech and language therapy for students across elementary, middle, and high school grades Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, complete thorough testing, and prepare detailed reports Participate in student conferences and collaborate closely with general educators, special education teams, and families Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor ongoing progress Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that empowers every student to reach their goals This position offers an hourly rate starting at $43, with additional consideration for relevant experience.
