Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active CCC certification (required). SLP license for the state of Indiana. School-based SLP experience (K-8 preferred). Previous caseload management of 70-100 students. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. SLPA supervision experience is a plus (though SLPA roles are not open for these positions).
Your Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop IEPs for students with speech/language needs. Direct therapy and intervention for K-8 caseloads of 70-100 students. Collaborate with fellow educators, interventionists, and families. Document progress and adapt treatment plans as needed. Potential
SLA/SLPA
coordination (pending eligibility and school needs).
