Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not required Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff Commitment to evidence-based practices for pediatric speech and language disorders

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs Deliver engaging, data-driven therapy sessions individually and in small groups Monitor, document, and report on student progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team decision-making Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners Experience a flexible three-day-per-week schedule that offers work-life balance while making a lasting impact.
