Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP license for the state (or eligibility for quick licensure) Recent experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP setting Ability to manage multiple caseloads confidently Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement IEPs and personalized intervention plans Deliver direct therapy and consult with teachers and families Document progress and maintain accurate records Adapt to changing needs across multiple caseloads
