Job Description

Support students in reaching their highest potential through expert speech-language services in a dynamic educational setting on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for skilled speech-language pathologists passionate about working with pediatric populations and eager to make a difference in the school environment.
What Were Looking For:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience working with pediatric clients, especially in school settings. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities. Ability to develop rapport and build trust with students, families, and staff. Proficient in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with a range of communication disorders. Assess, diagnose, and document students speech, language, and communication needs. Develop and implement therapy plans in alignment with students IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical recommendations. Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and track student progress. Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs.
