Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered Experience with school-aged children, including assessment and the development of IEPs Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff Familiarity with a variety of intervention strategies and therapy techniques

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention as needed Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions Provide resources and support to teachers and families to promote carryover and consistency Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and guidelines This position offers you the chance to make a significant impact while working in a supportive, school-centered environment.
